My name is Rod Dennis and I am the President and Owner of America’s Mortgage Store, Inc., based in Scottsdale, Arizona. I established this company back in 1996 from the guest house in my backyard and have built it up to what it is today. America’s Mortgage Store was established after I spent seven years with State Savings Bank, two years with Norwest and two years with Bank One. Since 1996, I have pulled together a successful team of professionals to meet today’s ever growing needs and demand for excellence. I am from a small town in Missouri and have lived in Arizona since 1984.

I am a member of Scottsdale Leadership Class XXIII and also a founding member of DaBoard, a Scottsdale-based management discussion group. Along with my colleges at America’s Mortgage Store I have also created an Advisory Board of Directors to assist in current and future development needs. The Advisory Board meets regularly to review and monitor current market and financial trends. The board includes talented business professionals who have successful business experience and skills to strengthen America’s Mortgage Store market growth.

I also have direct experience in Real Estate investing. In addition to owning our family home, I also have multiple rental properties throughout the valley and the commercial building in which America’s Mortgage Store is housed in.

I am very proud of how far we have grown since starting back in our small guest house in the backyard and look forward to what’s ahead. My wife and I are currently enjoying being empty-nesters, while both of our kids are off in college and looking forward to the day the graduate. Life is good!
